Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Project Manager with a passion for agile methodologies to join our progressive team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading projects, ensuring they are executed effectively, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and defined scope. Your leadership will encompass the management of project scope, cost, schedules, stakeholder engagement, and contractual obligations, all while developing comprehensive project plans and tracking key milestones. You will also be tasked with producing regular status reports, assessing and mitigating risks, and integrating quality standards into project outcomes. A robust knowledge of the Scrum framework, including its artifacts and techniques, is critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with customer stakeholders as the primary liaison, ensuring transparent communication regarding project status and deliverables.
  • Deeply engage with project objectives and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to define solution requirements.
  • Oversee the scope, timeline, and financial aspects of initiatives, maintaining a dedication to delivering outstanding results for clients.
  • Partner with stakeholders to convert high-level deliverables into actionable product strategies that support long-term goals, roadmaps, and release schedules.
  • Forge strong alliances with engineering teams, providing timely updates on project delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Employ graphical representations such as diagrams, models, and workflow diagrams to clarify project objectives and enhance written requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Engineering Leads to ensure a well-organized, prioritized product backlog aligned with project needs.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution, nurturing an environment of trust and openness within the team.

  • Proficiency in analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving competencies.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise across diverse methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects while prioritizing tasks and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a self-organizing team environment.

Qualifications

  • AS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in cloud migrations and/or cloud-managed services.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this role is \(90,000 - \)140,000, taking into account various factors including skills, education, experience, and company needs. New hires typically commence below the top of the range, with compensation decisions made based on individual circumstances.
