Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • 20 hours  a week

  • Mondays - Fridays, Flexible within 9 AM - 6 PM Bali/Singapore Time Zone. 

We are a fast-growing remote marketing and sales agency focused on the exciting self-improvement and personal growth industry. Our clients are world-renowned speakers, coaches and retreat leaders in fields like health, yoga, meditation and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing partnerships and promotions
  • Reach out and follow up with potential partners and leads.
  • Manage client database.
  • Manage conversations
  • Set up calls and support clients
  • Support daily marketing tasks and operations.
  • Perform online competitor research and analysis.
  • Collect data, organize, and provide regular reporting on marketing activities and success metrics.
  • Draft copy for email campaigns.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and timely response to concerns.


Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills to create social media and website content.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience or interest in the specific industry.
  • Social media samples and proven graphic design skills - use of tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Content writing or copywriting portfolio.
  • Experience with outbound calling (sales, fundraising, marketing).
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
