Job Overview

Join our esteemed Investment Research team as a Senior Associate, where your expertise will be instrumental in performing in-depth due diligence on investment managers and their strategies. You will evaluate a variety of investment methodologies tailored to the unique needs of high-net-worth clients, ensuring that each strategy integrates seamlessly with their individual portfolios. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Investment Research team to identify, assess, and execute effective investment strategies for our clients.
  • Act as the primary contact within the team for specific investment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive searches and initial due diligence on a diverse array of investment strategies.
  • Perform ongoing evaluations of investment manager portfolios and operations to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Lead ad-hoc investment research initiatives as necessary.
  • Partner closely with the Client Advisory team to provide insights and suggest modifications based on evolving client circumstances.
  • Engage actively in client meetings, clarifying our investment approach and elucidating complex strategies.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including networking events and meetings with potential clients, representing our firm with professionalism and integrity.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment or asset management.
  • Competence in independently sourcing and analyzing investment ideas, leveraging relationships for valuable insights.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity paired with analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment management principles, particularly in asset allocation, portfolio construction, and strategy selection.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, including Excel and Bloomberg, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of collaborative teamwork, with prior experience in managing and mentoring preferred.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
