Position Overview

We are actively seeking a committed and knowledgeable Medical Assisting Instructor to join our esteemed educational institution. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive course plans and instructional materials
• Conduct interactive and stimulating lessons that foster student engagement
• Monitor and assess student progress and attendance regularly
• Offer guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey
• Maintain accurate records of grades and submit required reports in a timely manner

• In-depth knowledge of medical assisting practices and standards

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience within the medical assisting sector
• RMA and/or CMA certification (or eligibility to take the RMA exam)
• Previous teaching experience is advantageous, yet not mandatory
