Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Instructor Program Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and improving our IT Career Prep programs, ensuring that our adjunct instructors are empowered to deliver exceptional educational experiences. You will foster a collaborative environment that promotes both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality and integrity of our IT Career Prep program, guaranteeing high standards and data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures for instructors to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across departments to provide an outstanding training experience for students.
  • Measure and analyze student success metrics, including job readiness and certification rates, to drive program enhancements.
  • Design impactful curricula for IT Career Prep courses.
  • Mentor and support a team of adjunct instructors, fostering their success.
  • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards for current and future programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance for instructor records.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in instructional design with the ability to develop technical courses.
  • Proven program and project management skills.
  • Prior teaching experience coupled with relevant industry insight in recruitment or career services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline (Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Experience in instructional design and development of technical programs.
  • Demonstrated program management experience and a collaborative mindset.
