Remote Concierge Specialist (Part-Time)

Position Summary 

Our Remote Concierge Specialists are the heart and soul of our operation. They are passionate about our security solutions and reputation, and understand that Stealth can only continue to grow with their continued dedication. They are extremely detail-oriented and are effective communicators; working collaboratively with their peers and managers to deliver superior security surveillance to our customers.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responding to calls made from pedestals/intercom deployed at entry and exit gates
• Sending out incident reports and other related reports regarding the interaction
• Attain proficiency in video management software (e.g., Detexi, Sureview-Immix, Avigilon, StealthVision, etc.) and entry management software (RC Portal, 3CX, etc.) software to attend to clients
• Meeting the standards of entry management as defined by management
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols
• Ensure all systems are online, noting any malfunctions and notify the Supervisor of all issues
• Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience
• Willingness to learn new technologies in CCTV monitoring

• Excellent team player
• Flexible in assuming assigned shifts
• Computer literate and excellent knowledge / willingness to learn of video monitoring software
• Highly detail oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
