Details of the role and how it fits into the team

Our Investment Solutions COO team for Italy, Spain, and Belgium is seeking a talented Senior Business Management Analyst based in Madrid to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in governance, audit, and regulatory finding remediation plans, as well as designing and implementing processes and controls to adapt to emerging issues and risks.

You will also support the Spanish Banking and Lending products organization, expanding the scope of the role beyond its main focus on Investment products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the governance of Investment Solutions in Spain
  • Participating in governance forums and special projects
  • Direct involvement in the management audit and regulatory finding remediation plans
  • Designing and implementing processes and controls to address emerging issues and risks
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization including engagement with senior management

Skills

  • Knowledge of Investment Products and Services Spanish regulation (highly desirable)
  • Expertise in setting up and managing governance frameworks.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and expertise to work autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and oral communication)
