Job Overview

We are currently seeking an accomplished HR Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team within the software development sector. This role is offered on a temporary basis and will focus on enhancing HR operations, particularly in the areas of compensation, benefits, and leave management. You will have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, ensuring your productivity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crucial technical support for HRIS operations, with an emphasis on Workday, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team and various stakeholders to fulfill system requests, share insights on configurations, and uphold standard operating procedures.
  • Handle data entry related to employment changes and updates in HR records.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data through regular audits and migrations within the HRIS.
  • Generate detailed reports and offer analytical insights regarding key HR metrics.
  • Assist with operations related to the Jira Service Management Ticketing System as necessary.
  • Stay informed on HR principles and best practices, integrating them into daily tasks.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, both written and verbally.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar HR Systems Analyst position.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, especially Workday, with experience in system configuration and data migration.
  • Solid understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and leave management.
  • Capability to create detailed reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
