  • Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing incoming inquiries regarding coverage and eligibility, ensuring accurate information is delivered.

  • Consistently meet established metrics related to call handling and lead generation.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a confident phone presence.
