Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and proactive Director of Fleet Sales to spearhead our fleet sales initiatives in a fully remote capacity. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing our sales team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve sustainable revenue growth. Your focus will be on cultivating enduring relationships with both existing and prospective customers, thereby enhancing our footprint across the United States and Canada in the electric vehicle (EV) market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust fleet sales strategy to drive growth and optimize customer retention.
  • Provide insights into competitive dynamics to guide strategic direction and pricing strategies.
  • Forge and maintain impactful relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations and corporate fleet representatives.
  • Communicate customer success metrics to management and relevant teams to support sales objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for new business collaborations, serving as the primary contact for end users.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet ambitious service and sales targets.
  • Leverage your professional network and proactive outreach to enhance fleet relationships.
  • Engage in negotiations and schedule meetings to finalize business agreements and partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates within the CRM system regarding leads and sales activities.
  • Offer insights and participate in vehicle conventions and industry events to bolster brand visibility and secure fleet accounts.
