This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our data management processes and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain data related to vessel performance, fuel consumption, and additional key metrics in our database systems.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and validation efforts to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
  • Review data for discrepancies or errors, implementing necessary corrections.
  • Collaborate actively with team members to guarantee timely and precise data entry and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and execution of efficient data entry processes and procedures.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols for all data in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide support to colleagues and other departments as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or a comparable role.
  • High typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
