Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our subscription service and related products by ensuring smooth and efficient project workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

● Project Planning and Execution:

○ Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects align with company goals and strategic objectives.

○ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.

○ Maintain and effectively use project management software (e.g., ClickUp) to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate with team members.

● Budget and Financial Management:

○ Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency. Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.

● Risk Management:

○ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

● Quality Assurance:

○ Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company guidelines. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain high standards.

● Communication and Coordination:

○ Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners. Provide regular project updates and reports.

○ Follow up with different departments to ensure all project deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

○ Attend daily meetings to provide updates on project progress and address any issues.

● Problem-Solving:

○ Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.







Qualifications and Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a subscription-based, e-commerce, or historical content company.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello,

Microsoft Project).

● Budget management and financial reporting skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

● Analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

● Self-motivated and proactive.

● Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
