SOBRE EL PUESTO Y EL EQUIPO:

Estamos buscando a un/a Ejecutivo/a de Ventas para unirse al equipo de Bodas.com.mx en la región de Puebla . La persona ideal deberá contar con experiencia en ventas B2B, gestión de un portafolio de clientes, además de tener buenas habilidades de escucha, comprensión de las necesidades del cliente y fuertes competencias interpersonales.

Buscamos a alguien apasionado/a por las ventas y el mundo digital, con conocimientos fundamentales de marketing digital para ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio de calidad. Es necesario residir en Puebla (capital) y tener disponibilidad para realizar visitas presenciales a los clientes en esa zona, incluyendo Tlaxcala, Hidalgo y Morelos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Zona de trabajo: Puebla;
  • Apertura de nuevo negocio a través de visitas presenciales a los clientes del portal;
  • Prospección, negociación, seguimiento y cierre de las condiciones contractuales con los clientes.
  • Gestión de cartera de clientes B2B del sector nupcial (villas, restaurantes, hoteles, etc.);
  • Asegurar la fidelización de nuestros clientes gracias a un servicio personalizado;

CANDIDATOS EXITOSOS TIENEN:

  • Residencia entre Puebla
  • Experiencia comprobable de 2 años o más en un puesto similar
  • Vehículo propio
  • Experiencia en ventas, preferentemente en la comercialización de servicios para clientes B2B
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión
  • Orientación a resultados y trabajo por objetivos
  • Nivel de inglés al menos intermedio
