Job Title: Client Success Project Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Success Project Manager to be the key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within scope. You will also work closely with internal teams and the client to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Management: Ensure a seamless client onboarding process and manage client requests efficiently.
  • Internal Communication: Use internal systems and tools to communicate with the team and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, scopes, and deliverables, ensuring tasks are assigned to the right teams.
  • Profitability Management: Ensure client work stays within scope and budget.
  • Deliverable Coordination: Track and manage milestones with assigned teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare status reports and communicate progress with clients and stakeholders.
  • Scope & Budget Management: Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the client and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • SCRUM experience and an understanding of Agile practices.
  • Experience using project management software (ClickUp or similar).
  • Strong business requirements gathering background and full project life-cycle management.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in a marketing agency or equivalent role.
  • Gantt chart management experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing products such as SEO, search marketing, and web design.
