Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT and Security Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT system/service management, SaaS environments, and compliance administration (GDPR, ISO). This role offers the opportunity to shape IT infrastructure and ensure compliance within a dynamic SaaS company.

Take ownership by:

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for a mid-sized company.

  • IT Support: Provide internal first-line support, including troubleshooting issues related to hardware and SaaS-based collaboration services.

  • Compliance Management: Administer compliance protocols, including GDPR, ISO standards, SOC II, and other relevant regulations. Ensure audit readiness, maintain documentation, and ensure systems are operating in accordance with these standards.

  • SaaS Management: Oversee the deployment, cost, and administration of SaaS platforms, ensuring that cloud-based services are effectively integrated into the company's operations.

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to introduce and manage new processes, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. Champion continuous improvement and drive the adoption of best practices.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT systems, processes, and compliance activities.

Job requirements

This challenge will suit you if:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT system/service management, preferably within a SaaS company.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of system administration, with a background in managing IT and SaaS infrastructure and tooling.

  • IT Support: Experience providing IT support for internal users. Must be comfortable handling helpdesk tasks and troubleshooting.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Proven experience managing compliance-related activities (asset reviews, access reviews, risk assessment frameworks). Familiar with external audit processes and was a part of an audit before..

  • SaaS Expertise: Experience working with SaaS platforms, including integration, administration, and maintenance (Google Workspace, Hubspot, Adobe, NGAV solutions)

  • Basic Automation Skills: Ability to create scripts and snippets to process data (audit logs, privilege matrixes, settings)

  • Attention to Detail: A methodical and detail-oriented approach to managing systems, compliance, and processes.

  • Process Enthusiast: A keen interest in optimizing processes and understanding how technology can support business objectives.

  • Always Staying Up-to-Date: Consistently staying informed about the latest technologies and market changes in the relevant field, with the ability to develop improvement plans that keep our systems and tools state-of-the-art.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
