ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere within Lithuania.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical specifications.

Ensure solution delivery aligns with the approved design.

Develop end-to-end solution designs for integrations with internal and external systems.

Configure and customize the SAP domain solution based on specific requirements, followed by unit testing.

Oversee and/or execute system and integration testing.

Lead or support end-user training sessions.

Monitor service quality and suggest system improvements for enhanced IT operations and business processes.

Ensure high data quality within the SAP domain.

Continuously propose ideas for improving projects, the team, and the overall work environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and organizational abilities.
Over 3 years of SAP FICO experience.
Prior experience with SAP TM and/or logistics processes is advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP domain and SAP best practices.
Proven experience in creating system solution designs and ensuring their delivery.
Experience in delivering integration solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, including technical writing.
Higher education in IT, business management, data science, financial economics, or a relevant field.
