Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time

We help students pass their contractors exam using cutting-edge technology and proven learning techniques.

Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Assistant to follow up with closed deals. If the VA performs well, we may consider promoting them to a commission-based position in a few months. We prefer candidates with experience in online education, college enrollment, and training courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all online orders.
  • Update the CRM with the following information:
    • What license are you trying to obtain?
    • When is your test date?
    • Do you need a list of the correct books required for your exam?
    • Do you need any study materials?
      • Practice exams
      • DIY study materials
      • Online cram courses
      • Online home study
      • Private tutoring
  • Send a draft for the next step in the process with a discount if they have purchased a lower-tier product.

Optional:

  1. Check abandoned carts for all lost leads.
    • Contact and attempt to complete the sale, providing information for the next steps.
    • Answer questions, send needed information, and forward inquiries to the specific salesperson.
    • Send links to the website for Google to retarget customers based on the product they are interested in.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer management tools.
  • Experience in online education or training is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule.
