Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Proven experience in details Process Mapping As-Is and To-Be using PlantUML, BPMN or similar.
- The ability to develop requirements and functional specification documents.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience of Embedded systems, Medical systems or Automotive systems (regulated domains) an understanding internall processes is advantageous.

About The Role
The role of the Business Analyst to ascertain customer requirements and relate them into terms for the technical and implementation teams to deliver.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement collection and analysis. Analysis of already existing requirements and documents. Identify priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders within the business to ensure the business objectives are delivered.
- Process mapping against system requirements to develop future processes.
- Develop requirements and functional specification documents.
- Understanding and translating business problems and opportunities into business cases.
- Assist the project team with the development of relevant recommendations.
- Oversee UAT Testing.
- Creating github structure, supporting devops to create build Pipeline
