Day-to-Day Responsibilities​


Serving the Team (Squad):

  • As a true leader you support and coach up to two squads to work in a self-organized & agile way
  • Maintain and improve their working conditions, so that the squad can concentrate on the development and delivery of their product
  • Identify and contribute to tackle the impediments together with the squad as part of their continuous improvement process
  • Optimize the teamwork within the squad and together with its collaborators, identify and bring challenges to discussion
  • Plan and facilitate the agile ceremonies for the squad
  • You ensure that time boxes (ceremonies, features, etc.) are respected and adhered to
  • You are driving the continuous improvements of the squads, process and product
  • Coach the product owner in e.g., Product backlog management techniques and the understanding of value


Serving the Organization:

  • Contribute to Scrum Masters Backlog
  • Ensure that Scrum practices are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Help integrate Scrum with other processes and workflows within the organization.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Scrum and agile methodologies.
  • Develop training materials and resources for ongoing education.
  • Assist the organization in adopting agile methodologies.

  • You are an experience Scrum Master and maybe also in other methods like Kanban, XP
  • You have very good skills as moderator, presenter, coach and solving conflicts

  • Proactive and autonomous working style
  • Open-minded personality, team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • PSM1 certification (PSM2 & equivalent is a plus)
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in scaled agile frameworks
