Job Description

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client’s business development strategy. You’ll leverage cutting-edge CRM technology and your exceptional communication skills to identify, engage, and convert potential real estate clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact a burgeoning real estate practice, with potential for growth and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect list using online resources and directories
  • Conduct targeted cold calls to potential real estate clients
  • Set quality appointments for the realtor with qualified leads
  • Manage and update the KVCore CRM system with pertinent information
  • Achieve daily performance metrics for calls and appointments
  • Generate valuable seller and buyer leads through various methods
  • Provide regular, insightful updates on lead generation and appointment setting activities
  • Collaborate with the realtor to refine and optimize lead generation strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record in real estate lead generation and appointment setting
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly KVCore (training provided)
  • Strong cold calling abilities and effective objection handling techniques
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting daily performance goals
  • Skilled in online research methods for lead generation
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and target markets
  • Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and client relationship building
