We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and reporting, with experience in the governance aspects of Project Management Office (PMO) work. This role focuses on data tracking, reporting, and issue identification within our organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee project governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and methodologies.
Track and report project data, providing insights to support decision-making.
Identify and flag potential issues, facilitating timely resolution and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, metrics, and outcomes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and reporting findings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Project Manager role, particularly within a PMO environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate relevant reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in project management tools and software
Passion for data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with data tracking methodologies and reporting frameworks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
