Senior Accountant | WFH | Night Shift | Up to PHP 80K

GoTeam are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our organization’s financial operations and strategies. In this high-level role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, and providing expert guidance on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting processes, monitor financial transactions, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide insights on financial data to support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Preferred Master’s degree in Accounting, with a CPA certification being a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and relevant financial software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
