Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Bangalore – On need basis)
Immediate availability is preferred, with a maximum notice period of 15 days.
Requirements:
- Key aim of this role is to improve processes and drive customer centric thinking & operational efficiency in a collaborative manner across the platform organization (DCG, PCSD, MBG).
- Identify process improvements globally alongside the Workstream.
- Work together with the respective process owners / Workstream / CDTO / IT Team for ensuring the project deliverables.
- Facilitate the meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to harmonize the process.
- Collaborate with the GEO focal and Workstreams to enable and realize the process & solution deployment.
- Act as a definitive source of knowledge who contribute the expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and CX.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Project teams to understand the process to arrive the project goals and to complete project objectives, Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints, Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed / Identify and address communicate gaps.
- Responsibilities include working closely with our Work Stream members to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes.
- Create a consistent and valued effortless customer support experience developing and scaling repeatable methodologies and proven best practices & tools.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders, geography leaders, customers/users, vendors and partners to integrate strategic support and continuous improvement plans into overall strategic objectives.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Monitor execution, drive functional commitments to deliver and Provide timely / accurate project status updates.
- Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured from Concept to Launch.
- Assist in aligning regional business teams for BT/IT releases, deployments, project, or production issues, etc.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Business Analyst or similar role.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- An ability to develop, prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step. action plans to meet the objectives and deliverables.
- Knowledge of business operations, process and propose the solution.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement large complex projects in a collaborative manner and resolve complex challenges.
- Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understand Agile/Scrum methodology and framework. Knowing JIRA is added advantage.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines, Ability to facilitate or host complex design discussions and drive results.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Ability to pay attention to detail when understanding the process.
- Good communication and presentation skills (English).
- Willingness to become the Subject Matter Experts to improve organizational efficiency.
- Ability to manage time effectively and Self-learning capabilities.
