Position:

This position reports directly to the Marketing Projects Operations Manager and will assist in the execution and coordination of marketing projects and campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information from various stakeholders, generating reports, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The role involves managing timelines, organizing events, and ensuring that all marketing projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Projects Operations Manager in coordinating and executing marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Gather information from internal stakeholders, such as department heads, designers, and external vendors, to compile comprehensive project updates.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on project progress, key metrics, and outcomes, ensuring data is collected and analyzed efficiently.
  • Support the development and scheduling of marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with timelines.
  • Conduct research to assess market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Coordinate logistics for both online and on-campus events, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all aspects are covered.
  • Manage media release forms and oversee compliance during video/photo production.
  • Coordinate schedules with external vendors, such as photographers and videographers, and manage third-party relationships to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Stay informed of current trends in digital marketing and social media to optimize ongoing projects and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met and objectives are aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, producing regular reports to track success.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish optimal project schedules, aligning project phases with strategic goals and deadlines.
  • Suggest improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and streamline marketing operations.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track progress and report updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in a marketing coordinator or project coordination role, particularly in assisting management with project execution.
  • Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging digital technologies and incorporate new trends into marketing efforts.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
