Job Description

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and challenges to become a trusted partner.
  • Drive Client Success: Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing onboarding, strategy implementation, and ongoing campaign performance.
  • Analyse & Optimise Campaigns: Continuously monitor campaign data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven optimisation's to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with media buying, creative, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Become a Product Expert: Gain a thorough understanding of our advertising and performance marketing services to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Proactively Communicate: Regularly update clients, address concerns proactively, and celebrate successes together.
  • Utilise Performance Data: Recommend strategies for customer campaigns based on performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor & Report: Analyse and prepare reports on product performance results, communicating insights to clients.
  • Focus on Retention: Engage in proactive outreach to clients and facilitate internal communications regarding campaign performance.
