Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement commercial excellence strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Sales Training: Develop and oversee training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with sales effectiveness KPIs.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage data analytics to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Assess and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business goals and SFE KPIs.
  • Market Access: Work with teams to secure optimal market access, establish pricing strategies, and streamline reimbursement processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Implement and manage CRM tools to enhance customer interactions, track leads, and boost overall customer satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate strategies that sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness: Drive initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness, including the development of incentive programs, performance metrics, and goal-setting aligned with SFE objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, medical affairs, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to commercial activities.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets related to commercial excellence initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal utilization.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in commercial excellence or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms
