Job description

Description:

Monitor ongoing data governance, regulatory, and privacy compliance: Regularly review and ensure that all data within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) adheres to established data governance policies, as well as regulatory standards such as GDPR and CCPA. This involves conducting audits, monitoring data usage, and making necessary adjustments to maintain compliance with privacy laws and corporate policies.

Validate data usage policies and ensure license constraints are not surpassed: Verify and enforce data usage policies within AEP or any CDP to ensure that the organization does not exceed the limits of software licenses or data usage agreements. This includes tracking data consumption, monitoring user license usage, and ensuring compliance with licensed permissions and constraints to avoid legal and financial repercussions.

Oversee data access and management practices: Supervise how data is accessed and managed within AEP and propagated to different systems, ensuring adherence to security protocols and governance policies. This includes data tagging, setting permissions, managing user roles, and monitoring access logs to prevent unauthorized access and ensure secure handling of sensitive customer data.

Monitor and maintain data flow, quality, and integration: Continuously observe the data flow inbound, outbound and within AEP to ensure it remains seamless and error-free. Maintain high data quality standards by validating data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Ensure smooth integration of data from realtime and batch sources into the platform, supporting reliable and actionable customer profiles.

Identify data pipeline processes opportunities to guarantee an efficient data flow: Evaluate and suggest optimizations of the data pipeline processes within AEP or any CDP to ensure efficient data movement from various sources to the platform. This includes analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to improve data processing speed, reliability, and accuracy.

Provide ongoing technical support and guidance: Offer continuous technical assistance and expertise to users and stakeholders of AEP suite of products. This includes answering queries, providing training on platform functionalities, and guiding best practices to ensure effective and efficient use of the platform’s capabilities.

Requirements:

Expertise in batch and real-time processing and configuration of data models. Requires: ETL development, data pipeline creation, cloud services (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory), big data technologies (Kafka, Flink), scripting languages (Python, Scala), and database management.
