We are seeking a VIP Account Manager to become a part of our team.

Job Description
  • Communicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail;
  • Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience;
  • Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer;
  • Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation;
  • Work with significant winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients;
  • Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;
  • Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;
  • Work on group and individual performance indicators.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work at night shift;
  • Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year;
  • Fluent in Ukrainian;
  • English at least Intermediate;
  • PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs);
  • Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client;
  • Sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
