About The Role

The ISV Partner Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), driving sales growth through Marketplace. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem, exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Global ISV partners. Serve as a primary point of contact for Global ISV partners, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Business development and growth: Identify and recruit new Global ISV partners
  • Sales & Marketing alignment: Collaborate with client’s sales and marketing teams to align on joint sales opportunities.
  • Program and incentive management: Manage and promote various partner programs, incentives, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Marketing intelligence & Feedback: Gather and analyze market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure Global ISV partners comply with client’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Reporting and analytics: Monitor and report on Global ISV partner performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and cloud consumption.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Advance English language proficiency - C1 or above
  • 3+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets

Experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the Cloud industry.
  • Experience working with ISV partners or within the ISV ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong relationships with partners and customers.
