Job Description

The Director - Client Accounts at Argano is responsible for the strategic oversight and expansion of client accounts. This executive role focuses on developing long-term relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This Director role involves high-level client interactions and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client account strategies.
  • Align client account plans with Argano's business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior client executives.
  • Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior account managers.
  • Ensure team alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Track account performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
  • Report on account status and revenue projections to senior leadership.

Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected.
  • MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue management.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth.
  • Experience in the business and technology services industry is preferred.
