Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of multiple teams comprising five to ten enterprise sales representatives.
  • Drive the execution of territory plans and account strategies to achieve significant growth in your designated region.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand their engagement with our open source solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and customer awareness.
  • Ensure sales representatives maintain precise pipeline data and forecasts, utilizing standard professional tools for reporting and monitoring.
