Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to create and implement bespoke travel itineraries tailored to clients' needs.
• Evaluate each client’s distinct travel preferences to curate trips that surpass expectations.
• Oversee client budgets to ensure trips are planned within their financial constraints.
• Organize all travel-related services, including flights, accommodation, car rentals, cruises, tours, and special events.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the travel process to guarantee their satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may face before, during, or after their journeys.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain certified and informed of industry standards.
• Participate in regular webinars with travel partners to deepen knowledge of various travel destinations and types.
