Key Responsibilities

As a Reservations Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in assisting prospective guests throughout their wellness journeys. Your role will involve:

• Engaging with individuals, couples, and groups interested in our transformative wellness programs.
• Providing tailored support from the initial inquiry to the booking process and beyond.
• Generating and cultivating leads as well as managing customer relationships.
• Ensuring a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary + Monthly/Quarterly incentives.
