Job Title: Operations Specialist - Remote

Job Overview

We invite you to join our esteemed organization as an Operations Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery, installation, and maintenance of our tailored solutions. In this position, you will act as the primary liaison with the FCSD Zone Manager, contributing to our shared success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with assigned dealers.
  • Participate in quarterly regional FCSD Organization meetings to foster collaboration.
  • Assist launch and performance managers in facilitating meetings and Quick Lane launches.
  • Develop and execute Quick Lane Action Plans to meet regional objectives.
  • Schedule and oversee Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
  • Conduct periodic inventory evaluations and organize necessary swaps.
  • Provide on-site training to ensure team members complete required STARS courses.
  • Conduct operational reviews during visits and provide actionable insights.
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities promptly.

Required Skills

  • Strong self-starter with exceptional customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in field environments with minimal oversight.
  • Prior experience in aftermarket settings, particularly in Retail Tire Store Management, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments to formulate improvement plans.
  • Skills in implementing effective metrics to drive growth and ROI.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a field environment with significant travel (80% required, including overnight travel).
