Position Title: Project Manager, Food Program - Remote

Salary: \(120,000 - \)130,000 (commensurate with experience)

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus Eligible

Job Overview

In the role of Project Manager for our Food Program, you will be instrumental in managing an array of projects tailored for a prestigious food program provided by a Fortune 5 global client to their in-office employees. You will serve as the key liaison between the client and external vendors, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple food program projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration as the primary contact between the client and vendors.
  • Formulate detailed project plans, monitor progress, and deliver updates on milestones to stakeholders.
  • Supervise project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met successfully.
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and facilities teams for efficient project execution.
  • Provide consistent project status updates, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture insights and recommend improvements for future endeavors.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in project management methodologies, covering planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with clients and vendors.
  • Competent in utilizing project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent software.
  • Knowledgeable in contract management and compliance, particularly in vendor oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to swiftly identify risks and implement solutions.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality, or corporate services.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, particularly with corporate or global clients.
  • A degree in business, communications, finance, or a related field.
