Job description

About The Role:

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute VTEX Brazil's marketing campaigns across paid and unpaid media channels. This role involves the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Spotify, and Meta, as well as non-paid channels such as email and Intercom. The successful candidate will monitor key campaign metrics and maintain direct collaboration with the global performance team to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices.

 

What You Will Do:

- Develop, execute, and optimize VTEX Brazil's marketing campaigns across paid media channels including LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Spotify, and Meta.

- Create and manage campaigns on non-paid channels such as email and Intercom.

- Monitor and analyze key metrics for all campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate closely with the global performance team to ensure strategy alignment and leverage global insights.

- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Report campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations for future initiatives.
