Partnered with big brands like adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino’s Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for a flexible worker to join our team of UK-based remote workers for 1 year. 

You will help to maintain our high standard of customer service for VoucherCodes customers and be responsible for answering a wide range of queries from our customers using the website.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job and who wants the flexibility of working from home combined with regular and flexible hours. You'll benefit from being part of a large and established remote team. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has a great attention to detail, whilst being happy to work independently.

What we need from you:

  • Available to work 10 hours per week - including a minimum of 4 hours at the weekend
  • Have at least 3 A Levels (grade C+) or experience commensurate to A Levels
  • Are permanently based in the UK
  • Have a computer and access to web connection
  • Friendly, positive and can-do manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure
  • Familiarity with cashback and voucher websites
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a new Content Management System (CMS) and other software
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience using Zendesk (desirable)
  • Live Chat experience (desirable)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing customer service by responding to a range of customer queries by email and undertaking admin tasks as per customer requests
  • Frequently communicating with in-house staff to flag issues with voucher codes, reward vouchers and other bugs on site
  • Investigating and resolving reward support issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Acting as a positive brand ambassador, helping people shop and save more using our website!
