Job Description

The Accounts Payable Data Entry we are looking for will maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation. You will process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner. You will also reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy in financial records. 

Other responsibilities: 

  • ● Assist in the preparation of financial reports concerning accounts payable.
  • ● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for prompt payment processing.
  • ● Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

 Qualifications

  • ● Proven experience in accounts payable or data entry role, preferably in the promotional experience.
  • ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • ● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • ● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
