Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Data Analyst to join their team. This remote role offers the opportunity to leverage your passion for problem-solving and data analysis while collaborating with a diverse and innovative global team.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing provider data, financial data, and sales data. Your insights will drive data management and governance rules, transforming raw data into valuable information used by Business Intelligence teams to deliver business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep dive into internal and external data sources to understand their organization, usability, and integration potential.
• Define and test business rules for organizing master data and identifying common entities across sources.
• Document business rules for both business user education and IT automation.
• Support business rule recommendations with thorough research and analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand the use cases that the business rules should support.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Effective communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of the business rules required to support Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience analyzing data in the healthcare/durable medical equipment industry.
• Previous experience analyzing supply chain data.
• Project management software experience, such as Jira.
  
  
  

Education:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. However, a Bachelor's in Business Administration with relevant experience is also accepted.
