Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

Looking for a motivated Construction Sales candidate who is eager to advance their career into a Regional Sales Manager role. This position involves traveling up to 50% within the first 2 years. The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate construction products and materials to knowledgeable customers and clients in the industry. This individual must be a self-starter and comfortable working with customers in different western states.

Hard Skills

  • Construction Industry experience 5+ years (EWP - Engineered Wood Products)
  • Sales experience 5+ years

Soft Skills

  • Energetic, self-starter mentality
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Open to travel

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

Remote or Hybrid with Restrictions. Must be able to work in WA, ID, OR, CA, AZ, NV, or UT. Must be in the west and be comfortable having customers/clients in states west of Colorado (WA, ID, OR, CA, AZ, NV, UT). Flexible hours and will work closely with National Sales Manager. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, hourly pay, and overtime pay.
