Job Overview

Join our dynamic Education and Training team as a Senior Technical Instructor and play a crucial role in shaping the future of integration and automation. This remote position involves close collaboration with various business functions to design and implement engaging, instructor-led training sessions for our esteemed customers and partners, both virtually and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, construct, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics.
• Align cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure consistency in training programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to design interactive learning activities and compelling curricula that improve retention and drive customer success.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect product updates and curriculum changes, aligning with various training formats.
• Create advanced instructor-led training materials to adapt to the evolving needs of our customers.
• Offer recommendations for continuous enhancement and growth of our educational services.
• Stay current with industry tools and technologies to improve both virtual and in-person training experiences.
• Ensure a positive learning experience for participants attending instructor-led events.
• Deliver compelling and impactful training sessions that deepen participant understanding of our Enterprise Orchestration capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of instructor-led events catered to different customer personas and skill levels.
• Adjust training delivery methods to accommodate diverse participant needs.
• Evaluate student submissions for practical exercises.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as end-of-session surveys, instructor utilization percentage, registration-to-participation ratio, and participation-to-exam pass rate.

• Confidence in addressing live inquiries from customers.
• Proven capability to deliver high-quality live presentations and manage audience interaction.
• Proficient in addressing learners across varying technical backgrounds and comfort levels.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, as classes will be conducted in English.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience within a SaaS/iPaaS environment in areas such as:
• Technical Instruction
• Solutions engineering or consulting (pre or post-sales)
• Customer-facing professional services
• Preference will be given to candidates who:
• Reside in Mountain View, California, or Denver, Colorado.
• Have direct experience as a Technical Instructor.
• Possess a background in iPaaS, computer science, automation, integration, or related technical sectors.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time.
