Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a remote capacity. This role offers the flexibility to tailor your work schedule to your individual lifestyle, whether you opt for virtual therapy sessions, a hybrid model, or part-time/full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy to clients, with options to also engage with couples and families, either virtually or in-person (in select locations).
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, render diagnoses, and devise treatment plans and progress documentation, employing therapeutic methods that resonate with both yourself and your clients.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and professionals to deliver an integrated approach to client care.
  • Manage your therapy schedule and document client interactions through a company-issued laptop and optional second monitor.

Required Skills

  • A strong passion for providing therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
  • Profound understanding of trauma-informed practices and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting collaborative interactions with peers.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active and independent California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Permanent residency in a state where our services are provided is essential (California residency required for hybrid options).
  • Must not have opted out of Medicare.
  • Access to reliable internet connectivity while working remotely; familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Sign-On Bonus/Pay Advance: A total of \(3,500 for full-time therapy positions, distributed as \)2,000 after 90 days and $1,500 after 9 months.
  • Competitive Compensation: Full-time licensed therapists have the potential to earn an annual salary ranging from \(70,000 to \)110,000, with part-time clinicians receiving an hourly rate of $50.00.
