Job description

Job Overview

We are a dedicated psychology group practice based in Corona, CA, seeking a committed Licensed Mental Health Clinician, including Licensed Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Social Workers, to become part of our compassionate team. We value clinicians who understand the significance of cultural competence in their therapeutic practices and can confidently address various cultural challenges, such as racial trauma, acculturation, social justice issues, and intergenerational trauma. Ideal candidates are those who demonstrate a strong dedication to serving historically marginalized communities and communities of color.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual adult therapy, couples therapy, and/or family therapy with a focus on establishing rapport and trust with clients.
  • Schedule between 15 and 27 direct therapy hours weekly, accommodating adult clients' preferred appointment times, including morning, mid-day, and evening.
  • Engage in telehealth services as required, maintaining a strong connection with clients through virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members for clinical documentation and patient care.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in individual adult therapy, couples therapy, and/or family therapy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with familiarity in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and phone communication abilities.
  • Comfort and adaptability with technology, including online scheduling/client management programs.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid license to practice in California.
  • A laptop with Microsoft Word and Excel (2010 version or newer) is essential.
  • Ability to provide contact information for two professional references upon application is required.

Compensation And Benefits

This position operates on a commission-based structure, with earnings calculated based on billable hours of direct client service. The compensation rate is reflective of the therapist’s experience, performance, and client demand.

  • Salary Range: \(50,400 to \)134,000+ per year (part-time to full-time).
  • Employment Status: W-2 Employee.
  • Current Work Arrangement: 100% remote.
