Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and culturally aware Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is tailored for professionals passionate about delivering therapeutic services to individuals and couples, particularly focusing on historically marginalized communities and communities of color.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy to individual adults and couples.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

Required Skills

  • Licensed to practice in California.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong writing skills and familiarity with telehealth services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly on the phone.
  • Comfortable using a personal laptop (2010 or newer), with skills in wireless printing, scanning, and online client management systems.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid license as a Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Social Worker.
  • A genuine passion for aiding clients in achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.
  • A steadfast commitment to providing high-quality, culturally competent care.
  • Two professional references required.
