Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Remote/Hybrid

Job Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Speech Language Pathologist at one of Nevada’s premier charter schools. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to positively influence the lives of students through effective speech and language therapy. While we prefer candidates to work full-time on-site, we are open to hybrid or remote arrangements. Applicants residing anywhere in the U.S. are welcome, provided they possess an active Nevada license. We seek individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth speech and language assessments to determine student needs.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to enhance student growth and development.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process and special education regulations is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active Nevada state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • At least one year of experience working in educational settings with children.
