We’re currently looking for

Marketing Heat not Burn Category Tier 1 Sr. Specialist (CZ, SK)

Ideal candidate should be passionate marketer with track record of building brands and brand extensions in new categories with high level of learning ability and ability to respond to changing market dynamics. Person with strong analytical skills, yet creative and curious and achievement oriented. Collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills are also expected.

You will be reporting to Marketing Manager HnB Category Tier 1 and will be responsible for analyzing growth and profitability of the HnB category Tier 1 in the CZ and SK markets. This includes P&L consolidation and perfect financial awareness on detailed level, preparing briefing for projects and constantly analyzing the category with proposals how to further develop the category and business that will enable to grow IQOS brand and PMI’s smoke-free alternatives . You will work in omnichannel environment, addressing opportunities in consumer journey for different consumer segments in the markets. You will be a partner for dedicated project teams compiled from members of different departments and will work in close collaboration with Market Orchestration, Commercial, Business Planning and other departments.

You will be expected to grow your understanding of HnB category dynamics, local consumers, IQOS brand positioning, as well as deep understanding of company code for responsible marketing practices and market’s different regulations.

On a Day To Day Basis You Will

  • Help to develop commercial plans based on regional and country-specific objectives and monitor and drive the business performance of HnB Tier 1 portfolio (be its ambassador)
  • Prepare HnB Category performance overview sourcing from various data points ranging from business performance, consumer insights, market research data and competitive intelligence
  • Work with Market intelligence and Insights teams to identify growth opportunities through on-going analysis of brand performance & consumer needs/trends
  • Monitoring performance, identifying bottle necks and preparing briefs to pilot new initiatives
  • In collaboration with the team prepare category commercial strategy including preparation of business case for new product and brand initiatives
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Category communication on defining Category strategy (targeting, segmentation, communication)
  • Work in close collaboration with EU Region and Global HnB Category teams

We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field of FMCG, B2C marketing and/or Brand marketing
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Fast learner, curious and thinking out of the box
  • Coming up with own initiative, courage for experimentation
  • Agility and ability to adjust to dynamic market situation
  • Ability to understand and leverage commercial insights
  • Business acumen, strong analytical skills and sense for consumer centricity (ability to interpret data is critical)
  • Team player with good collaboration skills
  • Presentation skills
