About The Job Of BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

We are looking for a business analyst with drive to understand our business performance as well as to provide Sales, Marketing & Finance functions on the Czech and Slovak market with actionable insights and recommendations.

As a potential new member of our progressive Business Intelligence team you understand that while data visualization and KPI reporting are fundamentals and require technical skills, the added value of business analytical teams lies in bringing deeper understanding of the business to the internal stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities

Analyze, communicate & recommend

Analyze and communicate actual business performance
Gather insights, analyze & share findings, advise to adjust strategy accordingly
Provide actionable, strategically focused, evidence based insights and recommendations to sales department and market management
Support the Sales & Marketing team in designing, implementation and evaluation of campaigns

Reporting

Ensure accurate, relevant & timely reporting and tracking of core KPIs and performance results
Ensure the availability of information in an user friendly, standardized and actionable format for all stakeholders
Develop dashboards with full KPI tracking of commercial objectives and assist in the development of new KPIs to support measurement of commercial initiatives
Perform detailed data analysis, data validation and identifying data quality issues

About Your Profile

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in economics or informatics
Fluent in Czech / Slovak language + English
3+ years relevant work experience in Business Analysis & BI
Intermediate knowledge of SQL/Snowflake (select, join, union) + DAX and DWH tools
Knowledge of BI analytic & visualization tools (Power Pivot, Power Query / Power BI / Tableau)
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strategic thinking, data enthusiast, strong communicator
