ICT Project manager will be responsible for :

  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager
  • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks
  • Task tracking and follow-up
  • Assisting with Resource Scheduling
  • Ensure smooth running of the project – work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers

Experience Required:

  • 4-6 years in project management and project coordination with experience in change programmes and communications.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery
  • Experience in IT Transformational programmes
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Excellence in communications and planning
  • Experience of coordinating project budget and schedules
