Overview of the role 

 

The Management Accountant will prepare management information and provide financial support to the Newmedica joint venture partners and support office budget holders.  


You will be joining a small, close-knit team of four Management Accountants and a Finance Assistant, led by our Finance Manager 


This is a remote role but you will be expected to be in our London office once or twice a month.


So what will I be doing? 


The Management Accountant will prepare monthly multi-site management accounts for our joint venture companies, providing analysis on key costs and preparing performance reports. You will also lead monthly P&L review meetings. 

Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and continuously developing financial controls necessary to safeguard the assets of the business, in addition to continually reviewing accounting processes will be a key part of your role. 


What experience do I need? 


To succeed in this role you will: 


  • Ideally be AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified  
  • Have experience of management accounts preparation 
  • The ability to work under pressure and provide high quality output to tight deadlines 
  • Have strong analytical skills
