Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, crafting compelling narratives around stunning imagery and transforming followers into workshop participants. You’ll leverage your creativity and strategic thinking to grow our online community, optimize our social media presence, and drive conversions. This role offers a unique blend of artistic appreciation and data-driven marketing, allowing you to showcase breathtaking photography while developing effective marketing funnels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts across multiple platforms
  • Develop and implement a content calendar that balances promotional and engaging non-promotional content
  • Create and optimize social media marketing funnels to boost workshop bookings
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with our photographer to curate and showcase work, including behind-the-scenes content
  • Engage with our community, responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful interactions
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Contribute to our overall digital marketing strategy, including website content and email newsletters


Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management,
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Basic photo editing abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics
